Natural- No Spray!
All the trees we offer this year are unsprayed, with no extra chemical fertilizers added, for your discerning customers.
In general we do no prophylactic spraying. Our farm is moving in the direction of a 100% natural operation, with buffer zones between tree blocks to encourage populations of beneficial insects. We monitor trees frequently and apply appropriate natural controls, using principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to create beautiful and healthy trees.

No Sunburn
We are fortunate that high July temperatures( up to 107°) did virtually no damage to our trees. We can thank my dad’s excellent culture and a good site (rich Jory loam soils and enough elevation, which Nobles love!) for healthy trees that could withstand the heat stress.
